Abstract

A non-invasive FET biosensor used to detect M-Pox virus quickly and easily. The biosensor examines breath or saliva samples using a biorecognition layer that is intended to capture the important MPXV proteins, B6R and A42R, guaranteeing patient compliance and comfort. Its great sensitivity allows for the prompt detection of viral antigens at low concentrations, allowing for epidemic response. By emphasizing cost through easily accessible components, FET used in a variety of healthcare settings, including ones with limited resources. This novel strategy improves epidemic surveillance and is consistent with biomedical engineering developments, providing early and accurate diagnosis to meet global epidemiological concerns.
